Farmers' Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. cooked ham, cut in thin strips
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French fried potatoes, partially thawed and chopped
    4 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in oil until tender-crisp.
    Add ham and potatoes; cook until potatoes are tender.
    Combine eggs, water and salt; pour over ham mixture.
    Cook over low heat, turning occasionally, until eggs are set.
    Makes 4 servings.
