Stir-Fry Thai Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shrimp, deveined
    1 pkg. long beans, cut in 2-inch lengths
    1/4 round onion, thinly sliced
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 to 1 tsp. Tiparo's fish sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place shrimp, 1/2 of the garlic and fish sauce in bowl.
    Mix and marinate 10 to 15 minutes; set aside.
    Pour 1 teaspoon oil in wok or frying pan on medium-high heat.
    Place remaining garlic in pan.
    Stir couple times and add long beans, sprinkle sugar and shoyu sauce.
    Stir; lower heat and simmer 7 to 10 minutes.
    Remove beans from pan.
    Return heat to medium-high, add remaining oil and place marinated shrimp in pan.
    Stir and add onion.
    Add long beans to partially cooked shrimp, stir and turn off heat.
    Serve immediately.
