Sugarless Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

20 sugar-free vanilla cookies, crushed
3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. skim milk
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine cookie crumbs and oleo.
Press in 8 or 9-inch pie pan.
Bake 6 to 7 minutes.
Add milk to pudding and beat 2 to 3 minutes.
Add cheese, vanilla and cinnamon and blend until smooth.
Fold in pineapple.
Pour into pan and cool in refrigerator for about an hour.
Top with D-Zerta Cool Whip.
