Mexican Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped hot pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped ham
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs in mixing bowl with milk.
    Add tomato and pepper and stir well.
    Melt butter over low heat in skillet; saute ham 3 minutes.
    Pour in egg mixture; cook, stirring frequently with spatula, until set.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of cooked eggs.
