Baked Vegetable Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded pepper Jack cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Layer pepper, cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese in an ungreased square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch).
    Beat milk, flour, salt and eggs until smooth; pour over cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 6.
