Fresh Fruit Pie(Strawberry, Peach, Berry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sliced fruit
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix fruit, sugar and lemon juice.
    Set until all sugar is dissolved.
    Measure out 1/4 cup of mixture and 1/4 cup water.
    Add 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin.
    Boil.
    Pour over fruit and set in refrigerator until lightly jelled.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell and cool completely until completely jelled.
    Serve with whipped cream.
