No-Crust Lite Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced bananas
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1 pkg. gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Spread bananas on bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
    In blender, mix yogurt and cottage cheese.
    Mix gelatin and water and heat on low until dissolved.
    To yogurt mixture, add sugar and vanilla; blend. Slowly add gelatin, blending.
    Pour over bananas and chill until firm (2 to 4 hours).
    This is also good in a graham cracker crust, but then it's no longer fat free.
