Banana Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

scant 1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk

Preparation

Mix all together as cake.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Add nutmeats, if desired.
