Light And Airy Bread Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 pkg. yeast
    3 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter and shortening, mixed
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar and salt.
    Melt butter and shortening mix and add to yeast mixture.
    Add beaten eggs and 4 cups flour to make thick batter.
    Allow to sit covered for 1/2 hour.
