Lime Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken tenders
    oil
    1 lime
    5 Tbsp. real butter
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. dried chives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Very lightly brown chicken tenders in oil.
    Remove chicken and blot oil out of skillet.
    Squeeze lime into skillet.
    Simmer lime juice until bubbly and almost evaporated.
    Add butter and stir until melted.
    Add herbs, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 2 minutes.
    Add cooked chicken, stirring until chicken is coated with lime sauce. Serve immediately.
    Serves 3 to 4.
