Casserole Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
    2/3 c. coarsely diced green pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Starting with potatoes, put vegetables in layers in a 2-quart casserole, reserving about 1/3 of the pepper, celery and onion. Sprinkle each layer with part of the salt and pepper.
    Mix tomato soup and water.
    Pour over meat and potato layers.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
