Potato-Nut Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 c. breadcrumbs
1 c. pecan meal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. grated onion
Preparation

Steam potatoes until tender; cool and peel.
Make white sauce by blending together flour and water and cooking over medium heat until thick.
Allow sauce to cool to room temperature.
Mash potatoes and add sauce and blend well.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Shape into patties and bake on pans that have been lightly sprayed with Pam at 350\u00b0 until brown.
Serve with gravy.
