Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp.
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. blueberries, drained
Preparation
    Mix together first three ingredients.
    In separate bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Add dry ingredients to liquids.
    Stir to moisten.
    Fold in 3/4 cup blueberries.
    Batter should be lumpy.
    Fill greased muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
