Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up or 3 lb. parts
4 c. water
8 peppercorns
1 c. sour cream
seasonings: salt, pepper and paprika
2 bay leaves
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Season chicken parts with salt, pepper and paprika.
Saute in shortening until slightly browned.
Add the four cups water, bay leaves and peppercorns.
Cover and cook slowly until tender and chicken falls away from the bones.
You may need to add more water.
