Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

round steaks, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. butter
1 small can mushrooms
1 small chopped onion
2 Tbsp. sour cream

Preparation

Brown steak and onions in butter.
Add mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste.
Add sour cream and simmer.
Serve over a bed of rice or noodles.
