Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
4 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 bunch green onions (with tops), finely chopped
5 lb. beef back ribs
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation

In saucepan, combine butter, green and yellow onions and garlic.
Cook over low heat 15 minutes or until onions are tender. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except ribs.
Grill ribs on covered grill 30 to 35 minutes, brushing ribs generously with honey mustard until meat is tender.
Makes 4 servings.
