Ground Beef Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    6 slices bacon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine meat, salt, pepper and onion.
    Pat out to 10 x 15-inch rectangle.
    Cut into 6 (5-inch) squares.
    Combine crumbs, cheese, carrots, butter and Worcestershire sauce.
    Spread mixture over meat sections in equal amounts.
    Roll up.
    Wrap each with bacon slice.
    Fasten with toothpick.
    Roast on rack in baking dish about 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
