Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
4 tsp. mayo
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. crab meat, diced
2 c. Cheddar cheese
paprika for topping
Preparation

Choose only soft avocados if you can (hint:
to soften, place in brown paper bag with flour for a few days); peel and remove the seed.
Crush the avocado until as smooth as possible and add 1/2 to 1 cup finely chopped red tomatoes and 1/2 to 1 cup picante sauce. Mix well and serve on beds of finely shredded lettuce.
Great with chips, Tostitos, Doritos, crackers or with any Mexican entre.
