Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can condensed milk
    2 Tbsp. white flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 medium to large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion thoroughly; drain.
    Add soup, milk and flour.
    Add a little water, if needed.
    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Add vinegar 5 minutes before serving over noodles or potatoes.
