Milwaukee Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. beer
Preparation
    Brown chops in frying pan or electric skillet.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer slowly until tender, at least one hour.
    The longer they simmer, then thicker the sauce gets and the better they taste.
