Rotel Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook onion and pepper in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients. Blend together.
    Cook potatoes until almost done.
    Then pour onion mixture over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
