Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    7 to 8 lasagna noodles
    24 oz. cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef with the garlic; add parsley, basil, salt, stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Simmer.
    Cook 7 to 8 lasagna noodles and rinse with cold water.
    Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan:
    1/2 noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture and 1/2 meat mixture.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
