Crunch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. chopped apples
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour in deep dish pie shell.
    Bake on bottom rack of oven on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are soft and crust is golden brown.
