Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion
    1 large clove garlic
    1 c. water or wine
    1 or 2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. ground rosemary
    salt, pepper, oregano to taste
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella
    1/2 lb. Cheddar
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
Preparation
    Brown onion and garlic in cooking oil.
    Add ground chuck and brown.
    Add tomatoes, water and wine, tomato paste and spices. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
