Creamy Lemon Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. nonfat yogurt cheese
3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel

Note:
For variation, omit lemon peel and extract and use 2 teaspoons vanilla.
