Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
graham crackers
bananas
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, salt and egg yolks and gradually add milk. Add margarine and vanilla. Cook on medium heat until thickened. In a big bowl, crumble graham crackers until 1 1/2-inches thick. Slice a layer of bananas on top. Pour 1/2 of pudding over bananas. Add 1 more layer of crackers, bananas and pudding.
