Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1 large pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, flour, nutmeg and vanilla; mix well. Add milk and stir well. Pour into large unbaked pie shell and sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
