Onion Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Swiss steak (2 1/2 lb.), cut into serving pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    flour
    salt, pepper and oil
Preparation
    Pound steak with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil; drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add to steak.
    Cover and simmer over low heat 2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring often.
    Add water as necessary.
