Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) French onion dip
    1/2 c. water
    rice
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat and cut into bite-size strips.
    Brown in electric skillet.
    Add to cans of cream of mushroom soup.
    Add tomato paste and water.
    Stir together and let simmer for at least 1/2 hour (up to 2 to 3 hours is better).
    Just before serving, gently stir in French onion dip.
    Serve over rice.
