Codfish Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless codfish
    4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. parsley
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 chopped stuffed olives
    some chopped red pepper
Preparation
    Shred codfish that has soaked overnight in water.
    Boil codfish, then shred.
    Mix ingredients and shape into balls.
    Deep fry in oil a few at a time.
    Drain on paper towel.
