Chocolate Zucchini Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded, peeled zucchini (about 2 medium)
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

In a mixing bowl beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
Stir in zucchini.
