Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. raw apples (cut fine)
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat
eggs,
oil and sugar.
Sift together flour, salt, baking soda,
cinnamon
and add to egg mixture.
Stir with big spoon the vanilla,
apples,
pecans
and
coconut
and add to egg-flour mixture.
Stir
together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in large tube pan that has been lightly greased (test for doneness with toothpick).
