Pat'S Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 big onion
    1 cucumber
    1 small can pimentos
    1/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
    mayonnaise to taste
    juice of 1 lemon (1/4 c.)
    horseradish
    avocado and cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Shred cabbage; chop onion and cucumber.
    Add drained pimentos; crumbled Blue cheese.
    Add mayonnaise and lemon juice; add horseradish and trim with avocado and cherry tomatoes.
