Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 bags mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
10 oz. Velveeta
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation

Spread vegetables in 9 x 13-inch pan.
No need to thaw.
Melt Velveeta and 1 stick margarine.
Pour over vegetables.
Crush Ritz crackers and mix with 1/2 stick margarine.
Spread over top of vegetables and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
