Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. Mazola oil
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can pumpkin
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix other ingredients.
Combine and mix well; add nuts.
Grease 1 pound coffee cans or anything similar.
Be sure to grease well with Crisco and flour well up to top of can.
Fill about 1/2 full or 3/4 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes; test with toothpick.
