Oven-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small new potatoes, quartered
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In large roasting pan, toss ingredients.
    Bake 40 minutes, stirring once, until potatoes are tender.
