Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
6 whole eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat well and pour into ovenproof dish eggs, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Stir in rice, raisins and milk and bake 1 hour.
Turn off oven and let pudding stand in oven just until warm.
Do not stir pudding while baking.
May be served warm or refrigerated and served cold.
