Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 grated carrot
Preparation
    Cook macaroni, drain and rise with cold water to cool.
    Mix all together and chill.
