Jalapeno Cranberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
3 to 5 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Wash and pick over cranberries, discarding any that are crushed or shriveled. Bring 1 cup water to boil and add cranberries and sugar. Continue to boil until all the berries are opened and mixture thickens slightly, stirring often. Turn off heat and cool slightly. Mince peppers and add to the cooled cranberry mixture. Add lemon juice and stir well. Excellent with turkey, chicken or roast pork.
