Bubble Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk (let cool)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast mixed with 1/2 c. warm water
    5 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients
    together, except the last four, in order given.
    More flour may
    be\tneeded,
    dough should not be sticky to handle.
    Form
    dough
    into walnut-sized balls.
    Melt butter (set aside).
    In a
    small
    bowl mix sugar and cinnamon. Dip balls into melted butter,
    then roll in mixture.
    Place in greased Bundt pan. Add
    chopped
    nuts,
    if desired.
    Let rise for 45 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
