Italian Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large loaf sliced French bread
    4 Italian sausages, browned
    1 head celery
    2 large onions
    1 bunch parsley
    1/2 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 or more cloves garlic
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, steamed
    2 cubes (1/2 lb.) butter
    poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Poke holes in wrapper of French bread and let sit 3 days. Cube.
    Grind all ingredients except mushrooms.
    Saute in butter. Mix well with cubed bread.
    Add poultry seasoning to taste.
    Stuff turkey in usual manner.
