Easy Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Slice peeled potatoes crosswise 1/4-inch thick.
    Cook for approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly tender.
    Do not overcook.
    Drain.
    In skillet, melt butter.
    Add flour and salt. Stir over medium heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Slowly add milk while stirring.
    Add Velveeta cheese in small cubes.
    Melt cheese thoroughly.
    Pour sauce over drained potatoes in glass baking dish.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
