Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sq. chocolate
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add chocolate to milk and place over low flame.
Bring to a boil and cook until mixture is smooth.
Add sugar and syrup; stir until sugar is dissolved.
Let boil slowly until mixture is desired thickness.
Add vanilla.
Serve hot on ice cream, or with fondue.
Makes 1 1/3 cups sauce.
