Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients and set aside.
Put chopped zucchini in blender with eggs and oil.
Blend until smooth, then add dry ingredients and vanilla.
Add this to other ingredients. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 1 hour or more until done.
