Pasta Al Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. pine nuts
1 large bunch fresh parsley
6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
salt to taste
1 large bunch basil (fresh) or 1 Tbsp. dried basil
1/3 c. oil
8 oz. spinach noodles
Preparation

Grind the first 6 ingredients fine in blender.
Add oil, small amount at a time, stirring to form thick sauce.
Keep at room temperature. Cook noodles only until firm.
Spoon pesto on noodles.
Serves 4.
