Hot Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 cakes or pkg. yeast, dissolved
1/2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. Martha White Spudflakes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
about 4 c. sifted flour (self-rising)
Preparation

Pour scalded milk into a big bowl and add Spudflakes, sugar, oil and eggs.
Stir until smooth.
Add 2 cups flour and beat until smooth.
Stir in yeast.
Add enough more flour to make a soft dough.
Turn out on lightly floured board and knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and lightly grease the top of the dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until light and doubled (about 1 1/2 hours).
When light, punch down and let rest 10 minutes.
Shape dough into rolls or coffee cakes, let rise until doubled (about 45 minutes).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes for pan rolls or coffee cakes, 15 to 20 minutes for rolls on a baking sheet.
