Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil (use Crisco)
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream Crisco
    and sugar well.
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add flavor,
    zucchini,\tnuts, raisins and sour cream.
    Now add flour mixture;
    mix
    well.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in
    preheated\toven
    at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Turn out of pan on rack.
    Cool.
    Cooling in refrigerator makes easier slicing.
