"Fly Off The Plate" Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter (in the batter)
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients; fry on griddle.
    Butter each hot cake and serve with your favorite syrups.
