Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

garlic salt to taste
1 stick butter
1 1/2 pt. light cream
1 egg yolk
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. fettucini
Preparation

Cook the fettucini noodles in boiling water (follow box directions). Saute garlic in melted butter. Add light cream, Parmesan cheese and egg yolk to butter. Stir until ingredients blend together. Drain noodles.
Pour sauce over noodles and toss together. Serve immediately.
