Domates Me Feta(Stuffed Tomatoes With Feta Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe medium tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped scallions
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut the tops off the tomatoes. Scoop out the insides and set aside.
    Discard seeds, but keep the pulp.
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coarsely chop the pulp and combine scallions, parsley, Feta, bread crumbs and olive oil.
    Spoon mixture into hollowed out tomatoes.
    Place tomatoes, right side up, in an 8 x 8-inch pan and bake 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
